12-Weeks of Meal Plans

Because we are creatures of habit, we often make the same meals over and over again that include the same ‘convenient’ foods. Over time, our bodies can become overburdened leading to food sensitivities and health problems. In order for us to heal our bodies on the inside, we must remove certain harmful foods. These foods can compromise our immune system and create symptoms like cold, flu and sore throats.

The foods we will focus on eliminating are are corn, dairy, eggs, soy, sugar, wheat/gluten, alcohol and caffeine. When you read the supporting Nutrition Articles, you will learn why these foods can effect your health in a negative way.

As you progress over the 12-weeks, you can expect to feel an increase in energy, have 2-3 bowel movements per day, and begin to see a shift in body composition.

Hair Mineral Analysis Test

How does it work?

As your hair grows, it forms a permanent record of your body’s nutritional deficiencies or excesses.

You will cut a tablespoon of scalp hair from various locations.  No need to disturb your hair style!  Scalp hair is most accurate. Hair from other areas of the body can be submitted, but it comes at the expense of the results being less accurate.

Marie will help you receive a proper envelope, and send it to the lab.

The laboratory will analyze your hair and send results in about 14-days from the day you sent your sample.

You will then schedule a consultation with Marie to go over your results!

Fitness Programs

Are these programs going to guarantee me positive results?

You don’t need any fancy equipment or to spend excessive money to develop a body you are proud of.  You do however need motivation to learn proper techniques and be consistent. 

The Mat Pilates Daily Challenge gives you a step by step guide of how to properly execute all the beginner exercises on your own.  It’s recommended to complete a set of reps for each exercise several days a week.  

If you just change your diet, you will already notice huge shifts in your health and appearance.  Adding a simple, easy-to-follow fitness plan adds the cherry on-top of the cake.

Some people are not so interested in exercising on a yoga mat inside, so there is also a walking/jogging program you can follow that will consistently get you outside enjoying the fresh air.
